Index Data’s Information Security Management System is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 by Insight Assurance.

Libraries trust us with critical systems and sensitive data. Our hosted FOLIO, ReShare, VuFind, and LDP services run on Amazon Web Services across multiple availability zones and regions. Customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access requires multi-factor authentication and follows least privilege. Our systems are monitored continuously and tested regularly for vulnerabilities. We maintain our certification through annual independent audits.

We’ve always aimed to be partners to the libraries we work with, not just vendors: approachable, easy to reach, quick to respond, and invested in your success. It’s rare to find that alongside a methodical, diligent, mature approach to security, but we’ve never seen the two as mutually exclusive.
